Return & Refund Policy
The following terms apply to every product purchased from Home Care BD.
1. Check the product on delivery
All our orders are Cash on Delivery (COD). You may open the package and inspect the product in front of the delivery man. You do not pay anything before the product is in your hands.
2. When a return or replacement is accepted
- A wrong product was delivered
- The product arrived broken or damaged
- The product is defective or does not work
In these cases you must inform us within 3 days of receiving the product. We will replace the product or refund the full amount.
3. When a return is not accepted
- The product was damaged through use or mishandling
- Any part or the original packaging is missing
- The 3-day window has passed
4. Order cancellation
You may cancel your order free of charge at any time before it is handed over to the courier.
If the order is cancelled after the product has been dispatched to your location, a delivery charge of 150 BDT applies, because the courier cost has already been incurred.
5. Refund process
Once a refund is approved, the amount is returned within 3–7 working days via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or another method you prefer.
6. Delivery time
After the order is confirmed, the product is delivered anywhere in Bangladesh within 2–3 days.
7. Lifetime bucket washer support
The bucket washer inside the Iron Remover Tool needs to be replaced every 1–2 years. We provide this washer free for life — the customer only pays the delivery charge.
